From Wales to the World 7s Title and Olympic Gold via Hong Kong. Gareth's Baber's coaching journey is simply incredible and he's not done yet. Baber has coached at club, regional, national and international levels. For the last 4 years he has been in charge of Fiji's 7s programme and this summer he led them to a memorable Olympic Gold Medal in Tokyo. This autumn Gareth is coaching the Fiji's 15s team and will face Wales at the Principality Stadium, before starting a new role in Scotland with Edinburgh Rugby in December.
